Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SocialSEO App, a SaaS platform operated by SocialSEO LLP (India). By signing up or clicking Connect Instagram, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SocialSEO App provides two product surfaces:

• Content OS: automated multilingual short-form video production using avatar synthesis (HeyGen) and voice clones (ElevenLabs).
• DM OS: AI-driven Instagram DM automation with comment-to-DM, story-reply, and conversational flows.

2. Your responsibilities

• Comply with Meta's Platform Policies for any DM automation you configure.
• Do not send unsolicited DMs, do not impersonate, do not violate Instagram Community Guidelines.
• Honor user opt-outs immediately (we provide a STOP keyword handler).
• Own the rights to any content you submit for production or publishing.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam, harass users, or send messages outside Meta's 24-hour messaging window without proper opt-in.
• Operate accounts that violate Instagram's terms.
• Resell or sublicense access without a separate agreement.
• Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

4. Pricing & payment

Plans and prices are listed on your workspace billing page. We bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app.

6. Data ownership

You retain all rights to content you submit and generate. We retain rights to the platform itself, including any aggregated, anonymized statistics.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination we delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
