Refund Policy

SocialSEO App is run by SocialSEO LLP (India). This page explains when you get your money back.

1. 30-day money-back

If the app is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment. We refund that first payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.

2. How to ask

Email support@socialseo.in from the address on your account. Put "Refund" in the subject line. We reply within 2 working days.

3. When the money arrives

We send the refund through Razorpay to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with. Razorpay and your bank usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

4. After the first 30 days

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next monthly charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund part of a month after the first 30 days, unless the law requires it.

5. What happens to your workspace

When we refund your first payment, we also cancel your plan and your workspace stops sending replies. If you also want your data deleted, say so in the same email and we handle it as our Privacy Policy says.

6. Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us. We refund the extra charge in full, at any time.
