Privacy Policy

SocialSEO App (operated by SocialSEO LLP, India) provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for Instagram DM automation and multilingual content production. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and any name/avatar you provide.
• Instagram data (only after you click Connect Instagram and approve permissions):
  • Your Instagram Business account ID
  • A long-lived access token (encrypted at rest)
  • Direct messages, comments on your posts, and metadata for posts and stories you specifically enabled
• Content data: competitor video URLs you submit, transcripts we generate, scripts produced by our AI, and final published assets.
• Conversations: DMs handled by our AI agent on your behalf, including captured lead data.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the features you configure: produce content, deliver DMs, capture leads, and book calls. We do not sell data, do not run ads, and do not share data with any third party except the integration providers required to deliver the feature you enabled (Meta/Instagram, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Blotato, Anthropic).

Data retention

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Instagram tokens: until you click Disconnect Instagram, after which we wipe the token within 24 hours.
• DM conversations: 90 days by default; configurable per workspace.
• Content drafts and final assets: until you delete them.

How to delete your data

Three options:

1. Click Disconnect Instagram in your dashboard. This instantly stops all DM access.
2. Email privacy@socialseo.in with subject "Data deletion request" and we will purge your data within 30 days.
3. From Instagram's side, revoke our app at Settings → Apps and websites → Active. Meta will notify us via the deauthorize callback and we will purge tokens automatically.

International transfers

SocialSEO LLP is based in India. Data is hosted on Supabase (Tokyo region) and processed on our infrastructure in Germany. By using the service you consent to these transfers under standard contractual clauses.
